Working on Fall 2010 and Winter 2011
April 11, 2010
The BAD BOYS of ARENACROSS will be racing inside some new venues this next fall and Winter. It seems arenacross is ready for the CFP Crew to come and jazz things up some! We are working on a series sponsor and contingencies. Sponsors will help us with a tv show which will help turn our series into more a National Series.
With races this past year gong on all over the place at the same time it was hard for us to have a yearly points series, we hope to schedule races in regions where you would qualify through that region to come to a National Championship at the end of the year. The best thing is for you amateurs will be that you also will get into that event!
Our races are open for local racers and there will be some of the best traveling pro riders there too. Riders need a a good track to race on and this will be no mamby pamby deal, it will not be for the first time rider but track design will allow it to be safe for the amateur riders, but the pro riders will be challenged with whoop sections, triple jumps, rythm sections, and everything a rider will expect to see.
We will always strive to put on the safest – most professional – and fun races you can find. Thanks for the past season and we will update you and our schedule as we put them together.
Thanks again!

The Murray Family with the Black Hawk
In Belton this Friday and Saturday January 22-23 with our Monster Truck Winter Nationals we are having our own Bad Boys of Arenacross Races. There are many classes and for adults and kids so local riders get a chance to be part of the show. We recently decided to comp the entry fees to military riders for our events, and when word got out it went clear to Honduras.
Honduras is not in the United States, oh no it is thousands of miles south and is not a real friendly place, that is why Chief Warrant Officer William Murray is there. Chief is a Black Hawk helicopter pilot and if you are not familiar with them, they are one of the fiercest fighting machines to ever be dreamed up. You have to think this is not an easy mission when they send a Black Hawk to Honduras, I am sure this is not some easy training mission – this guy and his group are in a dangerous place and we hope they come home safely.
Chief Murray has three boys at home waiting for him as well as one heck of a mom that takes care of everything while he is gone. A proud Dad said in a letter to us, “.I can tell you I am so happy. Any time my boys get to do what they love puts a big smile on my face. Tracy has had a hard time being the Mother/Father, coach, mechanic, teacher the all around parent. She is a wonderful wife and a great mother. Thank You again for helping us out.” His wife,Tracy Murray is a motocross mom. She will help load their motorcycles on their trailer, get all their stuff together and then help start motorcycles, fuel race bikes, and generally be their mechanic, she is one heck of a mom. Motocross mom’s, they work their tales off.
The three sons who Chief Murray will not get to see race this weekend are his oldest William Jr. who rides a Kawasaki 85cc, Justin who rides a Kawasaki 65cc, and Dillon Murray who rides in the 50cc class on a Yamaha.
Being a racing father I can tell you one bike and one rider is plenty to handle and Tracy has 3 and Chief Murray does not get to see them race. While this is the 13th year he has been in the service we are sure that it does not get easier to miss something like these kids racing and also to not worry about them.
We hope to help with all that, and so we comp’d their entry fees, gave Tracy a pit access pass, and it looks like I get to be their mechanic and tuner for the weekend. Not sure if I can keep up with Tracy and those 3 boys but at least hopefully Chief Murray will be able to think his family is being taken care of by the CFP Crew while he is deployed thousands upon thousands of miles away.
CFP salutes our Military and Team Murray and Motocross Mom’s everywhere!

Introducing Ms. Bad Boys of Arenacross 2010
November 26, 2009
She is pretty, happy, full of life, determined, focused, young, and has the desire to become the best. Most of these traits are what every successful Arenacross racer shares and Chelsea Sanders will be among them as she was recently announced as the Ms. BAD BOYS OF ARENACROSS.
Chelsea, who is Southern California born, is a 16 year old Junior attending Byron High School in Byron, Illinois. She studies hard to keep her grades up so she can attend college at UCLA. Involved in dance she trains hard and to keep in shape she is a forward on the Byron Tigers Soccer team.
She has been around motocross and arenacross nearly all her life. Started riding on the peewee 50’s she now has a Suzuki 85cc motocrosser and races in the women’s class in her home state of Illinois. Winning races is a big rush for this energetic girl who has been raised around such name riders as Travis Pastrana. “Travis and Nate Adams and several of the fmx riders were neighbors and rode on my practice race track.” We asked her if she had seen Travis lately and she snickered and said, ” No I have not seen him since I was a little girl, he should see me now.” We agree Chelsea!
Ed Beckley, the president of the company said, “Recently Chelsea had her 16th birthday this past September. I feel her age does not match her maturity, this young girl is a lady. She will be very popular as our spokesperson and we are excited to bring her to the World!”
Chelsea is all about motorcycle racing, but school, dance, soccer, and part time modeling is part of what goes on with this young lady from Illinois. Now with the added title of Ms. BAD BOYS OF ARENACROSS Chelsea will be fulfilling her dream of being involved with Motocross racing on the top level. Beckley said, “When considering her for the role we were excited to see the way she went out of her way to make other people happy and her pretty face will even make the spotlights smile.”
She is all about the adrenaline and excitement while waiting for the gate to drop on the race. This brown haired beauty is going to be everywhere, holding the 30 second board up, signing autographs at pit party, talking to racers and fans about the Bad Boys series, and making sure that everyone has a good time is her goal.
Chelsea’s first event will be January 15th and 16th inside the Sears Centre in Chicago. Last year her brother Daniel competed there and made the main both nights so she will be cheering him on. Next stop for her will be the Family Arena event January 29-30th in St. Charles from then the sky’s the limit.
Chelsea Sanders, she is one more big reason to be excited about attending a BAD BOYS of ARENACROSS Races.
